How to find and track all your subscriptions
To find all your subscriptions, check your App Store subscriptions (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), your bank and card statements for the last three months, and PayPal or other payment accounts. List each one with its price and renewal date, cancel what you do not use, and keep the list somewhere you will see before each renewal.
Where do subscriptions hide?
- App Store and Google Play subscriptions.
- Card statements: look for small repeating amounts.
- PayPal and other wallets.
- Annual renewals you only see once a year.
- Free trials that converted to paid.
Should you cancel or keep a subscription?
Ask one question for each: did I use it in the last 30 days? If not, cancel — you can always resubscribe. Then add up the yearly cost of what is left; monthly prices hide the real total.
How do you stay on top of subscriptions?
Keep every subscription in one list with its next renewal date, and check it before the end of each month.
