How to use it
Fill in every column before you enter (except Exit and Result), then complete the row when the trade closes.
Result (R) is calculated: +3 means you made three times what you risked, −1 means the stop was hit.
Each week, filter by Followed rules? and compare the total R of each group. That gap is what discipline is worth to you.
